Setting Up Your Organisation's Digital Business Card Template
Updated over a year ago

Once your organisation has been created on the CloudCard platform, you will be able to start setting up your organisations Digital Business Card template. This guide will walk you through the following:

To get started, login to your dashboard here. You can then click on your organisation's name in the left hand navigation panel and select "Card Setup", which can be found in the top right section next to the "Add User's" button.

Please Note: This feature is only available to "Enterprise Admins".

Call to Action

The call to action option allows you to set a global button across all your users digital business cards. You can set this to absolutely anything you want. Some good examples include your calendar booking link, company profile link, or a link to your latest campaign that your business may be running. The "Call to Action" Button can be found on the bottom of your digital business card as shown below:

When you add the "Call to Action" link, make sure you start the link with, "https://". For example "https://cloudcard.co.za"

Selecting Allowed Card Fields

This section will allow you to select which fields your employees will be allowed to add to their Digital Business Cards. A field can be enabled by simply ticking the checkbox as shown below:

Can't find a field you are looking for? Let us know by mailing [email protected] or logging a ticket with us. Should we get enough requests similar to yours, we may just add it!

Selecting Template Colours

CloudCard allows you to select the colours on your digital business card template directly from your dashboard. You will see there are three colour options, Primary, Secondary & Tertiary.

You can select a colour by simply clicking on the colour. You will be able to drag and drop onto the colour of your choice, or add the HSL, RGB or Hex code of the colour you want as shown below:

Note: Not all templates have three colours. Should your tertiary colour not display on the front-end of your card, this means your template only contains two different colour options.

Uploading a Logo

This section will allow you to upload your logo as a .png, jpeg, or svg.

Simply select the "Choose file" button and select your logo from your device.

Uploading a Background Image

This section allows you to upload the background image behind your digital business card. Make sure this a good quality image so that pixelation does not occur.

Uploading a Promotional Banner

Finally, this section allows you to upload your promotional banner, this will be displayed in the top section of all your employee's Digital Business Cards. This section is a great way to gain exposure on your latest specials, promotions or campaigns your organisation may be running.

In this section you have the ability to upload an image or a video.

Note: the larger your videos/images are, the longer loading time will be added to your Digital Business Card.

Once you have completed all the above steps, you can go ahead and save your template settings by clicking the "Update Organisation" button right at the bottom.
